This butterfly was just so stunning, I didn’t know what to name it. I love butterflies as they are such strong symbols of growth and change. This butterfly dates to the early 1950s, and has another particular trait I love—asymmetry. The asymmetrical wings give the butterfly a more realistic illusion of flight. Beautifully crafter and set with softly hued pink pearls. A truly stunning statement necklace.
